Energy CRAL

Among the most important issues in recent years there is certainly that of renewable energy production. The project is born in a vast area (around 23,000 square meters) currently destined to the Recreational Corporate Club of the Reale Mutua Group, but in the phase of disposal and which is well suited for size and location to the idea of an energy production plant. The hypothesis of a new power plant will be located within a territory characterized by thousands of hectares of cultivation suitable for the production of energy from biomass (due to the ease of supplying the raw material) it will also include the exploitation of solar energy with the use of photovoltaic panels placed on the roofs of the plant.

On the subject of coverage a lot has been studied in order to better exploit the fifth prospectus, a fluid form, strongly influenced by the constraints dictated by the regulatory plan and by the presence of a pylon, for which a “new look” has been provided thanks to the coating wooden and micro-perforated sheet with the client’s logo. Even at the prospectus level the same covering was used, consisting of the sleepers of the recovered and regenerated tracks, a low-cost and easily available recycled material. The entire project, in addition to the power plant, includes about 4800 square meters of greenhouse, 3800 square meters of uncovered gardens and a central building with a circular plan distributed on two levels for which educational areas and laboratories are planned.
