Corso Duca, 4

The renovation work – inside an eighteenth century building – involved the reorganization of the spaces with the demolition and rebuilding of partitions, flooring, wall coverings, painting, doors and windows and systems. The building before the intervention had a distribution not totally suitable for the best use for housing purposes. From an aesthetic point of view, an attempt was made to enhance – with adequate restoration – the flooring in seminato, the vaults in trellis and plaster and finally the precious decorations of the interior doors.

Much has been done in making the reception areas, the living room and the dining area with the main distribution and entrance axis permeable from a visual point of view.
For the distribution area of the sleeping area and kitchen – totally new environments – we then intervened with a contemporary language through the use of sliding doors in white glass.
