Private villa

The renovation and restoration of the last attic floor – inside a 17th century building – involved the reorganization of the spaces with demolition and rebuilding of partitions, flooring, coverings, painting, doors and windows and systems. The building before the intervention had a distribution not totally suitable for the best use for housing purposes.

From an aesthetic point of view we have tried to enhance the double height of the visible space and the depth of perspective that involves a large part of the wing of the building. Great care has been taken to make the reception areas, the living room and the dining area visually permeable with the main distribution axis and the entrance.
